These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website www.ivaielena.com (the “Website”), operated by Zlatarov - Kapital OOD, UIC 123680994, with registered address at 99 Sava Silov Street, Stara Zagora, Bulgaria (“Hotel Iva & Elena”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The Website provides information about Hotel Iva & Elena, its accommodation, services, facilities, offers and contact details. It also enables visitors to make direct online reservations through the booking system provided by Exely.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website information accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all content, availability, prices, descriptions or other information will always be complete, current or free from errors.

3. Online Reservations

Direct online reservations are processed through the Exely booking system.

When making a reservation, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for checking all reservation details before submitting your booking request, including dates, guest information, room type, price, payment conditions and cancellation terms.

A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation from us or through the booking system. Availability and prices shown on the Website are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed.

The applicable price, payment requirements, cancellation conditions, modification conditions and any other booking-specific terms are those displayed during the reservation process and included in the booking confirmation.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed through DSK Bank VPOS. We do not store complete payment-card information.

Where advance payment or a payment guarantee is required, the applicable amount and payment conditions will be shown during the reservation process or in the booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Any cancellation, modification or no-show conditions are stated during the booking process and in the booking confirmation. Guests must follow the instructions in their confirmation or contact us at reception@ivaielena.com for assistance.

For reservations made through third-party booking platforms, such as Booking.com or Expedia, the cancellation and modification terms of the relevant platform and the applicable reservation confirmation will apply.

6. Hotel Stay Rules

All guests staying at Hotel Iva & Elena must comply with the Hotel Rules, including rules relating to check-in and check-out, safety, guest conduct, parking, pets, smoking and responsibility for damage.

The Hotel Rules form an integral part of the conditions applicable to your stay.
