Services with room stay

Accommodation with Pets
- Accommodation with a pet is possible only with the Hotel’s prior confirmation.
- Only dogs or cats with a pet passport, over 1 year of age and weighing up to 8 kg, are permitted.
- The pet fee is EUR 12 per day.
- A maximum of one pet is permitted per room.
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurants or relaxation area, except for guide dogs and assistance dogs.
- In common areas, pets must be kept on a leash or in a suitable carrier and may not be left unattended in the room.
- Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused, additional cleaning, and compensation to third parties where necessary.
Relax Zone
Unwind and recharge in our Relax Zone, available complimentary to all hotel guests during their stay. Enjoy a soothing soak in the jacuzzi, release tension in the sauna, or refresh your senses in the steam bath — the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes or exploring Pamporovo.
A baby cot is available upon request, subject to availability. Please add this service to your reservation in advance.

Add a basket of firewood to make your stay even cozier. This service is available exclusively for apartments with a fireplace.
Our ski storage is available free of charge to all hotel guests. Store your skis and snowboards safely and use the dedicated boot-drying wall to keep your ski boots warm and dry for the next day on the slopes.
Ski lessons with a professional instructor can also be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
