Please state your reservation number and guest name as the payment reference. A reservation paid by bank transfer is confirmed after the payment has been received and verified by the hotel.

We accept debit, credit and business cards issued by Visa, Mastercard and bCard.
Transactions are processed through the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programmes.
We do not store the data of bank cards used for payments through the website.
If a refund of an amount paid by bank card is necessary, it will be returned to the same card used for the payment.

Bank Transfer
We accept domestic and international bank transfers. Please include your reservation number and guest name as the payment reference.
Bank transfers must be received and verified before a reservation can be confirmed. International bank transfers may take up to five business days.

The remaining balance, where applicable under your selected rate plan, may be paid at check-in by the payment methods accepted by the hotel.
